Roundup Lien Resolution
Roundup is one of the most widely used weed killer that is used on a commercial agricultural scale and for residential use. It is used on gardens, lawns, parks, playgrounds, plant nurseries, golf courses, and more. Despite billions of dollars being paid out currently in settlements, Bayer plans to keep Roundup on the market for the foreseeable future. Most plaintiffs' in the Roundup litigation suffer from cancer, with the most common form being non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Although a large portion of the lawsuit involves landscapers, gardeners, and farmers, anyone who has used the product is potentially at risk for illness. A large portion of the healthcare liens in this lawsuit are surrounding Medicare and Private lien holders.
